Aço, Samuel
Anthropologist and ethnologist

Is an anthropologist and ethnologist.  He holds a Master Degree in training for human resources and socio and economic development in Africa. He was the former General Director at the National Institute of Cultural Heritage. His areas of interest include human capital, citizen participation and Public Administration Reform. He has participated in activities in social research such as: The accelerated urbanization of Luanda and Maputo: Impact of the war and socio-economic transformations (decades of 80 and 90); Study of the Environmental Impact of the Construction of Dams in the Lower Kunene River and has contributed to the 1999 Angola Human Development Report, UNDP.
