Ramalho, Maria Madalena
Economist

Holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from the Institute of Economics and Financial Sciences of Lisbon, Portugal. She has wide experiences in public finance, in the area of macroeconomics, budget, fiscal policy and negotiation of contracts for the oil and diamonds sectors. She represented the Angolan government in matters regarding the foreign debt, and in negotiations with the IMF and WB. Her areas of interest include social and economic development, public administration reform, decentralization, privations and regional integration. She has published extensively in the area of labor economics during the 1970s decade and is actually researching on the Impact of fiscal and budgetary decentralization in the reduction of conflict in Angola.
