Holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics. He held the position of pedagogical coordinator until 1999 for the IFBA, the Institute of Training in Banking and Finance of Angola. He has wide experiences in training in the area of credit, economics and finances. He participated in the elaboration of the UNDP 1999 Angola Human Development Report. His areas of interest includes socio-economic development and finance management. |
