Holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the University of Poznan, Poland. At present, he holds the function as the Executive Director of the Social Fund Support (FAS). He has been involved in various activities in the area of regional planning, politics and projects in poverty alleviation and community development.
His areas of interest include development economics, poverty and inequality. He has been involved in social project evaluation and participated actively in the discussion with the World Bank regarding FAS.
